Hello everyone, Indian corporate world is Lobbying in favour of FDI in retail.After all we MBAs are given a degree to get jobs at such places.any ways I am attaching some documents and telling you my argument(it has failed in germany) 1.we desperately need investment in our infrastructure ie related to the Retail industry i.e. we need where houses ,better roads and cold storages that will minimise our loss due to rot.All the perishable items procured from the market cannot be sold there has to be some damage,hence the items gets costly.If we have better infrastructure we can minimise this and hence maximise profit and that can be shared with the farmers too. 2.
